Thank you for your interest in the mountain biking clinic.The upcoming clinic would be held on the 22nd of October 2005 or 23rd ofOctober, whichever day that has the highest number of participantsattending. The course would be approximately 4 hours.Kindly meet us at the basketball court at 10am sharp. We would have a smallbanner or flag of embarkz for recognition.Cost would be $30.00 each if the group size is less than 20.
Cost includes bicycle rental, snacks, a bottle of mineral water and guidance from professional instructors.
Our instructors would teach the following for Basic Mountain Biking Clinic;
A) Parts of the Bicycle
B) Proper Bike fitting
C) Speed of bicycle, gears shifting
D) Efficient application of brakes
E) Riding positions
F) How to change a flat tyre and changing of brake pads.
We only have one requirement which is that you have to know how to ride abicycle.This clinic is catered for people who would like to gain more confidence intheir mountain biking skills and get more involved in the sport.Kindly fill up the form and fax or email it back to me latest by 18 ofoctober 2005.Payment would be required a week before the commencement of the clinic. We would advise you on the payment mode once we have 12 or more confirmed participants
